when you do a marathon, try to run next to some spanish people, they usually have the best fans. in addition, somehow ¡venga! is more powerfull than "los", "allez", or "go".

Somewhere

What I like most in foreign cities are the small public parks, the ones that hide somewhere in the middle between the center and the banlieue, the ones which you cannot find in the tourist guide, the ones which most of the locals take for granted, or, except of course for some shouting kids, smoking teenagers, and busy dog keepers, even tend to ignore. Usually these small parks are in a better shape than their larger counterparts, as if the city gardeners had developed greater affinity. Amazingly, in such places, the buzz of the nearby main roads contributes to the calm.
